Founded in 2021, MGAGE Consulting is a remote-first, woman-led firm reimagining how organizations approach project delivery and operational transformation. Operating across AMER, APAC, and EMEA, the company specializes in PMO foundations, fractional program leadership, and strategic operations consulting. A Vision Rooted in Purpose

 

M launched MGAGE out of both passion and purpose. “I love what I do,” she says. “I’ve always had a unique approach to engagement and program management, and I wanted to bring that to market.” The company’s name blends her initial with her roots in engagement management, reflecting her belief that sustainable success begins with strong relationships rooted in clarity, trust, and execution.

 

Her tenure at Mission Cloud, a CDW Company, was especially formative. There, she helped build and refine delivery frameworks and methodologies that became foundational to the organization’s success. But her work extended far beyond framework design—M discovered a deep joy in building PMOs from the ground up, particularly within professional services environments. She designed, implemented, and continuously improved PMO structures that aligned delivery, operations, financial visibility, and client outcomes. “I love creating systems that make teams feel supported and businesses feel confident,” she explains. “Tweaking a PMO—turning it into a living, evolving engine—is one of my favorite parts of the craft.”

MGAGE’s strength lies in its mission-led and inclusive approach to transformation. As a woman of color and member of the LGBTQ+ community, M is active in organizations such as Out in Tech and Lesbians Who Tech. She brings a global lens to her work, having managed programs across regions and partnered with diverse international teams. “I do really well working across cultures,” she says. “That’s one of the things that makes my firm different.”

 

Her clients span solopreneurs, high-growth startups, SMBs, enterprise organizations, and Fortune 500 companies—but her passion centers on helping small and midsize businesses scale. “Seeing a business grow—watching an idea turn into something stable and thriving—that’s what fills my cup.”

M’s leadership continues to be recognized across the industry. She was recently honored by Mission Cloud, a CDW Company, for founding and building PRISM, the company’s business resource group dedicated to individuality and inclusion—an initiative now viewed as a cornerstone of community and representation within the organization. She is a two-time internal award recipient, including Mission Cloud’s Leader of the Year, and in 2025 served as an AWS panelist for Women Accelerating Action, joining executives from global enterprise brands to discuss women’s advancement in the workplace.

 

Currently pursuing a Global MBA, M’s expanding academic focus reflects her commitment to international leadership, cross-cultural strategy, and global business innovation. With certifications including CSPO, ACSM, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, her dedication to continual learning mirrors MGAGE’s ethos: delivering transformation with precision, progress, and performance at every level.
