Mahmoud co-founded Pars Capital International Inc., a global consulting and executive service firm offering myriad strategic services, including business transformation, growth and revenue streams, private investment and capital raising, immigration investment, interim C-level management, and digital transformation. “For the past decade, Pars Capital has helped global startups, underperforming businesses, and growth companies effectively navigate the dynamic and challenging environment and succeed,” Mahmoud says. They have launched several startups and participated in joint ventures in businesses across various sectors in different parts of the world, including information technology, retail, agriculture, food processing, global consulting, and corporate training, along with business and executive coaching.

He is a recognized global business leader, entrepreneur, coach, consultant, and educator who loves working with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors from all over the world. Mahmoud’s care and passion for helping companies and leaders achieve their mandates served as his main driver to launch international.COACH Inc., a global business and executive coaching firm. “I’ve lived, worked, and run businesses in different parts of the world and at the time of financial crisis, which required a great deal of energy, enthusiasm, and skills to perform and deliver stakeholders expectations, and I have navigated a bumpy road in my own journey to success and freedom. As a result, sharing my stories around strategy, culture and transition is what most entrepreneurs and leaders find inspiring and helpful,” Mahmoud shares.

Mahmoud holds a doctorate in business administration (DBA) and an MBA with early education in Electronics and IT. He is on the editorial board of both the International Journal of Law and Management as well as the International Journal of Project Organisation and Management Science, and is published in both. He has achieved numerous certificates, including Certified Business/Executive Coach (CEC), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Projects IN Control Environment (PRINCE2), Lean Healthcare, InfoSec, Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
