About Nicole: With a proven record of innovation as an international, 14x award-winning founder of a coaching social enterprise firm and large-scale initiatives, Nicole partners with organizations to spot and capitalize on their talent and team opportunities for breakthrough impact and results. In support of organizations, she has designed and delivered a range of learning & development engagements to improve talent and team performance, including leadership, culture change, communications, navigating uncertainty, and more.

In support of community, Nicole launched a 12-week pledge campaign that raised $75,000 for local non-profit organizations, and in 2024 created a call-in campaign that mobilized people in 84% of constituencies and contributed to resumed government-union negotiations.

Nicole is a Lifetime Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and currently serves as Past President of the International Coaching Federation Prairie Charter Chapter.
