Parul Patel has spent nearly three decades proving that transformation isn't reserved for companies with nine-figure consulting budgets. As the founder and CEO of Avesa Partners LLC in Jacksonville, she has dedicated her work to helping organizations and individuals unlock their full potential through practical business transformation, leadership development, and growth strategy leveraging her experiences working with Fortune 500 companies.

 

Her path started in science. Patel earned a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering before pivoting into business and technology leadership — a foundation that still shows in how she diagnoses problems: systematically, with an engineer's discipline and focus on what actually works. She has completed the University of North Florida's AI for Work and Life certification and other key AI training, deepening the expertise now driving her current work.

 

At Accenture, where she spent 18 years rising to partner, Patel helped double the firm's North American Product Innovation/Engineering practice to $100M in revenue while leading Fortune 500 clients through growth strategy and operational transformation. Patel spent seven years as managing director at Slalom, where she helped build an $80M consulting business, landed 20+ new enterprise relationships, and led teams of 100+.

Along the way, she noticed a gap most consultants walk past: elite transformation expertise flows to giant corporations while small and mid-sized businesses are left to figure it out alone. Patel combined that gap with her passion for people to create Avesa Partners, named for the Sanskrit word for "to empower." She has since taken multiple struggling companies from loss to profitability, and put her fingerprints on standout launches like Fertility House Calls and Hospitality Quotient+, while also serving as strategic advisor for the Alliance for Fertility Preservation and fractional CEO for IvyTek.

 

But ask Patel what she's proudest of, and the conversation turns from boardrooms to community — giving back isn't a side project for her, it's as central to who she is as the consulting work. She sits on the University of North Florida College of Arts and Sciences Industry Advisory Board and volunteers with I/O for Teens, coaching local high schoolers on college and career readiness using the same tools she's used to develop executives. And as fundraising lead for the Alliance for Fertility Preservation, she's helped expand its reach for families navigating some of life's hardest decisions.

What sets Patel apart isn't just the resume — it's the range, and the reason behind it. A boardroom, a Tuesday night mentoring a teenager, a founder trying to make payroll: to her, it's all great work. Across every endeavor, her focus remains the same: creating lasting impact by empowering people to think bigger, lead boldly, and transform vision into reality.
