Sheryl Raphael Whitaker is a leadership transformation expert, best-selling author, executive coach, and keynote speaker who helps organizations and senior leaders lead effectively under pressure. Her work sits at the intersection of human-centered leadership, decision-making, and performance, with a growing focus on helping organizations integrate AI in ways that strengthen culture rather than fracture it. With more than three decades of experience inside complex organizations, including senior leadership roles at State Farm, AutoOne Insurance, AIG, and USAA, Sheryl brings deep credibility to conversations about leadership, growth, and change. She has led enterprise learning and leadership development initiatives at scale, partnering with executives and leadership teams responsible for both results and people. A pivotal moment in Sheryl’s career came when her health was impacted by prolonged exposure to toxic leadership environments. That experience reshaped her approach to leadership.
