A native New Yorker with deep roots in the industry, Vincent grew up watching his parents build a successful brokerage through grit, honesty, and relationship-driven service. That early immersion shaped his own philosophy: real estate is, and always will be, a people business. After earning his degree in economics from Binghamton University, he initially pursued a career in wealth management—but life had a different path in store. When his father was diagnosed with brain cancer, Vincent stepped in to carry the family business forward, ultimately discovering both his calling and his talent for leadership.
Over the next several years, Vincent owned and operated three highly successful brokerages in Manhattan, Queens, and Long Island, collectively managing more than 350 agents. Those experiences laid the foundation for what would become The Alliance Team—an organization built on collaboration, mentorship, and a culture that empowers agents to thrive in any market.

Q&A
What makes The Alliance Team’s approach to client service—and agent support—stand out from other real estate teams?
We’ve created a fully integrated ecosystem that most teams simply don’t have. Through our partnership with PLACE, we offer operations, training, marketing, coaching, technology, and equity opportunities under one roof. Our team owns our database system (Brivity), and we acquired platforms like Remine and Landvoice so our agents have direct access to the data they need without juggling multiple subscriptions. Everything is built into a single streamlined system. That efficiency allows our agents to spend their time where it matters most: serving our clients at the highest level.
Equity opportunities in a real estate team are rare. How does your model work, and why is it so valuable?
It’s extremely uncommon. Our team offers two equity tracks: one through PLACE—pre-IPO and valued at over $1 billion after a $100 million Series A—and one through eXp Realty, the largest brokerage in the world. Agents can buy into PLACE equity, and they automatically earn publicly traded eXp stock as they hit production benchmarks. There are five ways to earn shares, including a $16,000 stock award for top producers. Most agents in traditional brokerages work their entire careers without owning anything. Here, they build real wealth.
How do agents on your team benefit from eXp Realty’s revenue-share model?
This model is a game-changer. eXp shares 50% of company revenue-back with the agents who help it grow. In 2024 alone, agents received $171 million in revenue share and additional equity benefits. What that means for our team is monthly income—another paycheck they can rely on. I have agents who use those payments to cover their mortgage or car, and others who sell their equity every few years and buy a home. For an industry built on inconsistent closings, this is incredibly stabilizing.
What is the culture like within The Alliance Team?
Our culture is built on consistency, accountability, and community. We meet every morning from 8:15 to 9:00 for our power-up sessions. We review wins, tackle challenges, train on skills, and set our focus for the day. We operate with gratitude, support, and friendly competition—leaderboards, contests, and team collaboration. And we have full-time support across marketing, operations, and transaction coordination so agents can stay client-focused. Some teams run lean; we choose to invest heavily so our agents can perform at their highest potential.
To what do you attribute your long-standing success as a leader and agent?
It comes down to finding the right people to follow. It’s “who, not how.” The right mentors accelerate your growth tremendously. Throughout my career, I’ve had coaches and leaders who helped shape me. When I realized I was helping hundreds of agents but didn’t have formal credentials beyond my experience, I pursued certification through Success Enterprises. Now I have the framework to coach more effectively and help agents transform their businesses and lives.
